Privacy Policy — Jay Cee Software

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Jay Cee Software publishes apps and games for Android. This policy covers all of them. The first part states the rules every app follows; the second part says, app by app, exactly what each one does with information about you, because that is where the differences are. If an app you installed is not listed below, it is not ours.

The rules every app follows

Apps covered

Guild Ledger (free edition, with ads)

Guild Ledger is a single-player guild-management game. Saved games and settings (difficulty, text size, sound, portrait style) stay on your device as described above.

The free edition shows a full-screen advertisement now and then between game weeks. Ads are served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, the AdMob SDK may collect:

This information is sent to Google and used for advertising, including — where you have consented — personalised advertising, for analytics and measurement, and for fraud prevention and security. Google’s own policy describes it in full: policies.google.com/technologies/ads. The free edition therefore needs network access; the game itself makes no other connection.

Consent. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or a US state with an applicable privacy law, the game asks for your choices the first time it runs, using Google’s consent framework, and shows only non-personalised ads unless you consent to more. You can review or change those choices at any time under Settings → Ads → Ad privacy options in the game.

Guild Ledger Premium (paid edition)

The same game without advertising. It contains no advertising SDK, requests no network permission, and collects, stores or shares no personal information at all. Your purchase is handled by Google Play under Google’s terms and privacy policy; we receive no personal details from it.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you are a parent and believe a child has used one of our apps, uninstalling it removes everything stored on the device; where an app shows ads, the advertising ID can be reset in Android’s settings.

Your rights

Because our apps hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on request; what an ad-supported app shares with its advertising provider is governed by that provider’s policy and controls, linked in the app’s section above. If you have a question about this policy, or believe something here is wrong, contact us at jayceesoftware.studio@gmail.com.

Changes

If an app starts collecting something this policy doesn’t describe, or a new app is published, this page is updated before that version is released, with the date above changed.
